Director
Ms Nitu Ranjan
Ms Nitu Ranjan is an experienced immigration consultant for Canada and Australia immigration services, based in Mumbai. With over 9 years in the immigration industry, she has assisted more than 200 candidates across multiple visa categories.
She holds an MBA (Finance) (2007) and worked in NBFCs for more than five years before joining the immigration sector. She is a consistent learner and is currently pursuing a Law degree from the University of Mumbai.
Ms Ranjan is known for her practical approach — working on cases based on realistic prospects rather than making false promises. She stays updated with regulation changes and ensures client confidentiality, professionalism, and care in handling sensitive information.
Associate RCIC (Canada)
Mr Gursundeep Singh Mundi
Canadian immigration applications requiring regulated representation are reviewed and submitted by our Associate RCIC (Canada), Mr Gursundeep Singh Mundi (RCIC# R533101). He is licensed to represent clients under the rules of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
His role focuses on regulated representation services, review of application packages, and official submission through the Government of Canada portals, where required. For privacy and service continuity, all client documentation and coordination are managed through Right Path’s official channels.
Intern
Mr Baljit Singh Chhabra
Baljit Singh Chhabra is an Immigration Consultant (Intern) at Right Path Consultants, Mumbai, and a student of the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law at Queen’s University, Ontario.
A retired Captain from the Indian Navy, he specialised in Anti-Submarine Warfare and served in multiple appointments including operational service onboard warships, training roles, regional coastal security, and psychological assessment duties at the Service Selection Board.
After 26 years of military service, he transitioned to civilian life by completing an MBA in Canada. To strengthen his profile and gain exposure to the logistics sector, he worked as a long-haul truck driver across Canada and the United States.
He now focuses on Canadian immigration pathways — particularly opportunities for Francophone applicants — offering a unique strategy perspective shaped by military discipline and international experience.

How Our Consultation & Application Process Works
At Right Path, we follow a structured process to ensure every candidate receives clear guidance, reliable strategy, and compliant representation.
Appointment Booking
Candidates can book a consultation appointment through Calendly. Your appointment is confirmed once the consultation fee payment is successfully completed.
Strategy Consultation
Prior to the scheduled appointment, you will be contacted to complete the ‘intake form’ / alternatively you may share the completed intake form on the web portal. The consultation is conducted by the Director, who assesses your profile and explains suitable immigration pathways. By the end of the consultation, a pathway strategy is finalised based on eligibility, timelines, and documentation requirements.
Regulated Submission by RCIC (Canada)
Where an application requires submission by a regulated representative, the application is reviewed and officially submitted on the Government of Canada immigration portals by our Associate RCIC (Canada), Mr Gursundeep Singh Mundi.
For privacy, compliance, and service continuity, all client communication, document submission, and case coordination are handled through Right Path’s official channels.
